Art and Photography exhibits during the Franklin Cultural Festival

The Franklin Cultural Festival will feature displays of Art and Photography by the Franklin Art Association at multiple locations throughout downtown Franklin. The Festival will open on Wednesday, July 29 and close on Sunday, August 2, 2015.
