Franklin Public Library: Pumpernickel Puppets, Davey the Clown, All Hands Drumming

The Franklin Public Library is pleased to host three events for the Franklin Cultural Festival. Information on the three events can be found here:

Wednesday, July 29 -- 1:00 PM - Pumpernickel Puppets

Pumpernickel Puppet shows are presented with a cast of colorful puppet characters, audience participation, live voices and sound effects and fast paced scripts that not only entertain, but stimulate children's imagination and creativity. A demonstration period follows every performance giving the audience some insight into what happens behind the scenes.
All performances last approximately forty minutes and are appropriate for children ages three and up.

Saturday, August 1 -- 1:00 PM - All Hands Drumming

For over 40 years I have been studying, playing, and teaching drumming. My influences are in the traditions of West Africa, Cape Verdean and Afro-Cuban rhythms. The drum-fun entertainment from All Hands Drumming is interactive to create an exciting, fun, and memorable experience for children, youth, and adults. I travel all throughout New England to various venues for classes, workshops, parties, events, and more.
