The four day festival begins at 5 pm, Wednesday, July 27th on the Franklin Town Common with children's activities including face painting, sidewalk chalk painting and block printing. Members of the Franklin Art Association will facilitate all art-related activities. The opening ceremony will begin at 5:45 PM followed by Concerts on the Common with Electric Youth performing at the Town Common gazebo.
